Ember & Oak Smokehouse BBQ was born in Morgan Hill, California, from a simple passion — creating authentic, slow-smoked barbecue that brings people together.

We believe great BBQ isn’t rushed. Every brisket, tri-tip, rack of ribs, and batch of pulled pork is carefully seasoned and smoked for 12+ hours over real oak and hickory wood. This traditional method delivers the deep, rich flavor that defines true Central California barbecue.
