Ember & Oak SmokeHouse BBQ is a veteran-owned and family-operated catering team based in Morgan Hill. We started in March 2026 to bring real oak and hickory smoked BBQ to weddings, corporate events, and family parties in Morgan Hill, Gilroy, and San Jose and Rest of Santa Clara County
We can cook everything fresh on-site and or at our Licensed Commercial Kitchen and deliver to your home or event. No storefront, available by appointment only.

The Craft

We start the fire while you're still asleep.

Brisket goes on the smoker between midnight and 4 AM. Ribs join mid-morning. Tri-tip rests for the perfect 20 minutes before slicing. By the time your event starts, every protein has been treated with the time and temperature it actually needs.
